At our first session, we first talked one-to-one with others and participated in "Give One, Take One". Next we divided into small groups and shared some of the Effective Teaching Strategies that we use in our classes. We recorded these strategies onto chart paper. After attending some sessions designed to extend our thinking on different types of strategies, assessment and integration of technology, we added to our charts. Later in the day, each participant had the opportunity to identify 4 of the strategies that they would like to learn more about.
